6.  Health and Safety

If in the opinion of the Contractor the [Initial Refurbishment] Works proposed are likely to leave a structure unsafe or expose households to significant health and safety risks (e.g. the widescale removal of asbestos throughout a Dwelling) then the Contractor must then arrange for the Dwelling to be Decanted.
