Building Manual

111  The Model Contract requires the Service Provider to provide the Local Authority with a copy of the Building Manual on completion of the Works.  The Local Authority should consider the definition of Building Manual and ensure that it includes all the documents that the Local Authority requires.  In particular, the Building Manual should fit in with the Services Specification and the nature of the documentation that the Service Provider will be required to maintain during the Contract Period.
