Bidders may suggest as part of the competitive dialogue and put forward alternative proposals to that outlined in the Model Contract (as part of a Variant Solution) so long as the proposals comply with requirements set out for Variant Solutions in Part 4 of these Instructions (and where relevant the requirements of SoPC).
