Sub-Contractors

Where a Bidder intends to use sub-contractors it will be the responsibility of the Bidder to provide the sub-contractor with all the necessary information (having regard to the provisions relating to confidentiality in these Instructions).  Where information about a Bidder is requested in competitive dialogue or in these Instructions, such information must be given about all sub-contractors of that Bidder.
