Method Statement • - Annual Programme (Contractual)

Bidders must submit a Method Statement for the development and delivery of the first Annual Programme (as set out in the Output Specification) and details as to how the Service Provider's performance against the PS1 service delivery outputs and PS1 performance targets will be monitored and measured.  The Method Statement must include a detailed street-by-street plan outlining for the first 12 months of the Contract (the first 'Annual Programme') the detailed investment programme and the services to be undertaken and how the information will be used in calculating any monthly deductions under the Payment Mechanism.  The Service Provider will be required to update the Annual Programme annually.
