Method Statement 8 - Operational Responsiveness and Reactive Maintenance (Contractual)

Bidders must submit a Method Statement for a system that monitors compliance with the responsiveness requirements of PS3.  Such a system must be capable of feeding the results of such monitoring into the Bidder's management information system in a convenient form to be used in calculating any Adjustments to the Unitary Charge under the Payment Mechanism.
