Method Statement 17 - Adoptions (Contractual)

The Bidder should submit proposals to demonstrate how any additional street lighting infrastructure that is adopted by the Local Authority from other bodies and organisations such as the Highways Agency and developers (Highway Act 1980 Section 38 agreements) will meet the requirements of the Model Contract and compliance with all Performance Standards.
