The service delivery and technical response will evaluate the Method Statements using scores that reflect the extent to which Solutions meet the Local Authority's expectations.  The weighting to be given to each Method Statement in the evaluation of Bidders' service delivery and technical proposals will be as follows:

The service delivery and technical evaluation will be made against the following criteria:

 Quality - the Solutions will be assessed to determine the degree to which Bidders have demonstrated in their Method Statements that they have the skills, experience and technical capacity to meet the Performance Standards set out in the Output Specification.

 Deliverability - the Solutions will be assessed to determine the extent to which the Bidder has created and allowed for the capacity and resources to deliver the [insert details of project].

 Integrity - Solutions will be assessed on the extent to which the service delivery and technical response provides a comprehensive and internally consistent Solution, for example, that proposals for scheduled maintenance are consistent with life cycle/replacement policies.
