2. Process for Refined Solutions

This ISRS phase of competitive dialogue will proceed in accordance with the assumptions and requirements set out in the ISDS Instructions and Guidance to Bidders (except to the extent that these Instructions add to or vary those requirements).  Bidders are referred in particular to the provisions of sections [insert details] of the ISDS Instructions and Guidance to Bidders.
