4. Issues of Clarification

Bidders should bear in mind the following key issues of clarification, which have previously been raised by the Local Authority.  Bidders are expected to ensure that these issues are properly addressed in their Bid.

To assist Bidders in the preparation of its Refined Solutions, the Local Authority has also prepared a summary of clarification points for each Bidder.  These are confidential to each Bidder and are set out at Appendix 5 to these Instructions.

In preparing Refined Solutions, the Bidder should not assume that any amendments that have previously proposed (whether or not they have been discussed) will be agreed on any particular terms or at all, unless the Local Authority has indicated otherwise.
