6.5  [Authority Warranted Data]

The Authority warrants to the Contractor that the information set out or described in Part 1 of Schedule 11 (Warranted Data) has been prepared after due and careful enquiry and are reasonably believed to be true, accurate and complete as at the date of this Agreement provided that no inaccuracies or omissions in such information shall be capable of giving rise to an Authority Default.]79

79 This clause should not be used if the only data in Schedule 11 is employee information.  No warranty is to be given in respect of employee information because the cost adjustment mechanism is being used - see clause 30.4.1 and footnote below.
