8.9  Post-termination Licence

The Contractor agrees to and hereby grants to the Authority a licence to occupy and use the Sites for the provision and management of [Fire and Rescue] [Police] Services at each Site and to carry out any other statutory functions of the Authority for the period of time (if any) between the expiry or early termination of each Sub-Lease and the expiry or early termination of the corresponding Head Lease.
