9.2 Standard of Initial Services
(a) The Contractor shall provide the Initial Services so that they comply with and meet all the requirements of this Agreement, [the Initial Services Specification,]88 the Service Delivery Proposals, Good Industry Practice, Guidance and all applicable Authority's Policies and Legislation.
(b) The Contractor shall ensure, and shall procure that any Contractor Related Party shall ensure, that the Initial Services are carried out in compliance with the Equality Requirements.
