19.5  Health and Safety Requirements

The Authority and its representative shall at all times comply with all relevant health and safety procedures which shall include any relevant health and safety plans for the construction of the Stations, the Building Contractor's Site Rules from time to time and any reasonable directions with regard to site safety that may be issued by or on behalf of the Building Contractor's Site Manager from time to time when exercising its rights under this clause 19 (Monitoring and Inspection).
