22.1  Standard of Performance

22.1.1  The Contractor will at all times ensure that the Services at each Station comply with and meet all the requirements of this Agreement, the Services Specification, the Service Delivery Proposals, Good Industry Practice, Guidance and all applicable Authority's Policies and Legislation with effect from the relevant Services Availability Date for that Station.

22.1.2  The Contractor shall ensure, and shall procure that any Contractor Related Party shall ensure, that the Services are carried out in compliance with the Equality Requirements.

22.1.3  The Contractor will at all times ensure that the Services are performed by appropriately qualified and trained personnel.
