31.11  Liability for Costs

The costs of the Authority necessarily and reasonably incurred in connection with the Partner Admission Agreement and/or of obtaining the necessary certification of comparability in accordance with clause 31.7.1(d) (Contractor Scheme) shall be borne by the Contractor.
