32.4  Refusal of Admission

32.4.1  The Authority reserves the right to refuse to admit to any Site any person, employed or engaged by the Contractor or a sub-contractor (and may require the Contractor to refuse to admit to any Site any person, employed or engaged by the Contractor or a sub-contractor) whose admission would, in the opinion of the Authority:

(a)  present a risk to themselves or an Authority Related Party or property; or

(b)  in the Authority's absolute discretion would be a threat to security or policy operations whether of the Authority or more generally.

32.4.2  The Authority's shall not be obliged to provide any reasons for refusing to admit any person pursuant to this clause.
