47.4  Maintenance Work

The Contractor shall carry out such rectification and/or maintenance work notified pursuant to clause 47.3.1 (the "Outstanding Work") in order to reach the Required Standard within the period specified and any costs it incurs in carrying out the Outstanding Work shall be at its own expense.
