62.3  Disclosure by Audit Commission

62.3.1  The parties acknowledge that the Commission has the right to publish details of this Agreement (including Commercially Sensitive Information) in its relevant reports to Parliament.

62.3.2  The provisions of this clause 62 are without prejudice to the application of the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989.
