85  Governing Law And Jurisdiction

The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in the accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Subject to clause 67 (Dispute Resolution), the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement
