Note to Reader

Local Partnerships have updated the model form Change Protocol for Fire and Rescue Services and Police PFI projects in May 2011 to accommodate recent changes to the Best Value regime.

This drafting was approved by PUK as fully compliant with SoPC4 requirements and should be used in conjunction with the related Local Partnerships procurement pack and model PFI contract.
