1.2  Priority of Documents

This Contract shall be construed and interpreted as a whole provided that, in the case of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Main Body and those in any Schedule and the Appendices then, save as expressly provided for by clause 1.3, the inconsistency shall be resolved according to the following descending order of priority:

(a)  Schedule 21 (Payment Mechanism) and Schedule 24 (Compensation on Termination);

(b)  the Main Body and Schedule 1 (Definitions, Interpretation and Construction);

(c)  Schedule 3 (Output Specification);

(d)  all other Schedules and annexures.
