1.3  Precedence of Senior Lender's Direct Agreement

Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 1.2 the provisions of the Senior Lender's Direct Agreement shall prevail over this Contract in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Senior Lender's Direct Agreement and this Contract.
