1.4  Other Project Documents

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this Contract and any Project Document, other than the Senior Lender's Direct Agreement, then in determining the rights and liabilities of the parties, the provisions of this Contract shall prevail over and have effect in place of the relevant provisions of the relevant Project Document.
