2.1  Amendments in writing

Any additions, amendments, modifications and/or waivers to this Contract (notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Contract) shall be binding only if made in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative of each of the parties to this Contract.  All such additions, amendments and/or modifications shall be dated, numbered and attached or appended to this Contract.
