2.4  Provisions of Project Documents and Financing Agreements

Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 2.3 or clause 2.5 or to the definition of Senior Financing Agreements, if at any time any Project Document is terminated, an amendment is made to any Project Document or Financing Agreement, or the Service Provider enters into a new Project Document or Financing Agreement (or any agreement which affects the interpretation or application of any Project Document, or any Financing Agreement) then the Service Provider shall deliver to the Authority a conformed copy of each such amendment or agreement within fifteen (15) Business Days of the date of its execution or creation, certified as a true copy by an officer of the Service Provider.
