Increase or Decrease in Authority Scheduled Works

4.2  If between the Contract Date and the Planned Service Commencement Date the Authority has carried out or procured to be carried out:

(a)  more works than identified in the Authority Scheduled Works, resulting in additional Project Network Parts, then clause 4.3 shall apply; or

(b)  fewer works than identified in the Authority Scheduled Works, resulting in fewer Project Network Parts, then clause 4.4 shall apply.
