Accuracy of Surveys

4.6  Any dispute in relation to this clause 4 shall be dealt with pursuant to the Dispute Resolution Procedure, provided that the Service Provider accepts the risk that the Surveys performed at the Survey Date may be inaccurate.  The Service Provider shall not be able to dispute the condition or extent of the Project Network as at the Survey Date, and shall not be entitled to any compensation from the Authority, or relief from its obligations under this Contract, to the extent that any Survey is found to be inaccurate.
