6.1 Management Information System

With effect from the Service Commencement Date, the Service Provider shall procure that there is an Management Information System in a form agreed by the Authority in place for use in relation to the Project which shall in accordance with Method Statement 6 (Management Information System):

(a) accurately identify all of the Project Network Parts;

(b) accurately store all information in relation to the Project Network Parts which is or may be relevant in respect of the implementation of the Service;
