6.2  Availability of Management Information System

The Service Provider shall procure that:

(a)  the Management Information System shall be capable of being accessed by the Authority on-line at all times (and for the avoidance of doubt on the basis of twenty four (24) hours a day and three hundred and sixty five (365) (or, in the case of a leap year, three hundred and sixty six (366)) days a year);

(b)  the Authority shall at all times have the facility of being able to generate reports in an agreed form on any aspect of the Management Information System; and

(c)  the Management Information System is maintained and operated in such a way as to ensure that the information contained in it is never more than two (2) days out of date.
