7.1  Standard of Programmes

The Service Provider shall:

(a)  prepare and develop each Investment Programme in accordance with Good Industry Practice and in order to meet the requirements of the Output Specification; and

(b)  diligently perform the Service in accordance with the Core Investment Programme and each Annual Investment Programme, as applicable from time to time.
