7.2  The Core Investment Programme

The parties acknowledge that the Core Investment Programme shall:

(a)  set out a planned programme for the provision of the Core Investment Works and completion of each Milestone during the Core Investment Programme Period;

(b)  comply with the provisions of Method Statement 2 - Core Investment Programme).
