8.1  Right of Authority to Inspections

The parties agree that:

(a)  the Service Provider shall give the Authority Representative timely notice of any general or particular inspection of any part of the Project Network to be conducted in accordance with the Output Specification; and

(b)  the Authority Representative shall be entitled to attend any inspection of any part of the Project Network (whether or not it is entitled to receive or has received notice pursuant to clause 8.1(a)) upon giving reasonable notice to the Contractor.
