8.2  Access for Authority

The Service Provider shall procure that:

(a)  subject to complying with all relevant safety procedures, the Authority Representative shall have unrestricted access at all reasonable times to any site or workshop where materials are being manufactured in connection with the Service for the purposes of general inspection and of attending any test or investigation being carried out in respect of the Service;

(b)  the Authority Representative shall have the right to attend monthly site and other similar progress meetings;

(c)  one copy of all drawings and specifications for construction [and installation] are kept at [an agreed location]5, and that the same shall at all reasonable times be available for inspection and use by the Authority Representative and by any nominee of the Authority Representative;

(d)  the Authority and any nominee of the Authority has unrestricted access to the Work Sites at all reasonable times in order:

(i)  to perform any obligations or exercise any rights of the Authority under this Contract; or

(ii)  to fulfil any statutory functions of the Authority; or

(iii)  without limitation to clauses 8.2(d)(i) and 8.2(d)(ii) to conduct any study or trial (in accordance with the provisions of clause 8.4) for purposes of research initiated by the Authority

provided that nothing in this clause 8.2 shall restrict the Authority Representative or any nominee of the Authority having access to the Project Network.
