9.1  Traffic Management obligation

Without prejudice to clause 25.9 (Primary Duty of Co-Ordination), the Service Provider shall:

(a)  carry out the Service so as to minimise any inconvenience caused to members of the public and interested parties and to minimise the period of Road Section Closures; and

(b)  liaise and co-operate with the Authority in connection with the discharge by the Authority of its duties under Section 16 of the Traffic Management Act 2004.
