9.9  Provision of Information in relation to Traffic Regulation Orders

Whether or not clause 26 (Exercise of Statutory Powers by Authority) applies, the Service Provider (at its cost) shall be responsible for, and shall provide to the Authority, all data gathering, document preparation, administrative and other support and liaison (including preparation of plans, publication of notices, administrative steps required to serve notices and serving notices) in such manner and at such times as to enable the Authority to make any traffic regulation order in connection with the carrying out of the Service.
