9.10  Issue of Traffic Regulations Orders

Subject to clause 26 (Exercise of Statutory Powers by Authority) at the request of the Authority and on such terms and conditions as the Authority may require consistent with the proper exercise of its statutory duties, the Service Provider shall be responsible on behalf of the Authority, for the issue of all traffic regulation orders required in order for it to carry out the Service.
