11.3  Telecommunications

The Service Provider shall:

(a)  obtain, in a timely manner and maintain in force, any licence or consent required under the Telecommunications Act 1984 in order to perform its obligations under this Contract;

(b)  not license the installation of telecommunications equipment on the Project Network other than with the prior written consent of the Authority or in accordance with any Law.
