12.1  Vehicle and Incident Information

The Service Provider shall, if requested by the Authority:

(a)  provide access to such information, records or databases that it holds relating to:

(i)  current or past vehicular traffic flow on the Project Network;

(ii)  vehicular traffic flow forecasts for the Project Network; or

(iii)  Incident records,

as the Authority may require to be provided for the purpose of making any land use planning or development control decisions or policy in accordance with the Method Statement 4 (Development Control); and

(b)  the estimated cost of carrying out specified highway works where the Authority expects to be able to recharge the costs of carrying out specified works as part of a planning or highway function.
