12.2 Prohibition on entering into agreements
The Service Provider shall not enter into commitments with third parties to provide or procure for the benefit of that third party, any land or buildings or any works relating to the Project Network without the prior written consent of the Authority. The Authority may, from time to time, authorise the Service Provider to enter into commitments in relation to the provision or procurement of works relating to the Project Network either individually, by reference to a class of works or parties or land benefiting and on either a terminable or time limited basis provided that:
(a) the Authority may set conditions and restrictions in any authorisation granted;
(b) the Service Provider shall at all times act in accordance with the Method Statement 4 (Development Control).
