12.4  Design Consultative Services

The Service Provider shall, when requested to do so by the Authority and in accordance with Good Industry Practice, carry out the Design Consultative Services in relation to any proposed Additional Works (whether or not such Additional Works lead to the Accrual of additional Project Network Parts).
