14.7  Written confirmation

The Service Provider shall, within two (2) Business Days of completion of the relevant commissioning tests, confirm to the Authority in writing, whether or not it believes that the relevant Project Network Parts are Compliant (subject to any Snagging Items) and, if applicable, submit to the Authority a draft Snagging List.
