14.9  Rectification

Where the Service Provider agrees with the Authority's notification given pursuant to clause 14.8, the Service Provider shall, as soon as possible, take such steps as it considers necessary to ensure that the relevant Project Network Parts are Compliant.  The Service Provider shall notify the Authority on completion of the relevant steps and the provisions of clauses 14.6 to 14.8 (inclusive) shall apply until the Authority accepts the Service Provider's written confirmation or the matter is referred to the Dispute Resolution Procedure.
