14.11  Delay to Completion

Where the Authority has served notice pursuant to clause 14.8 and either the Service Provider agrees with the Authority's notification or a Dispute is in progress, the relevant Project Network Parts shall not be treated as being Compliant for the purposes of this Contract (and no Compliance Certificate shall be issued) until such date that it is agreed or determined that the relevant Project Network Parts are Compliant (subject to any Snagging Items).
