14.12  Certificate of Compliance

Upon the agreement between the Authority and the Service Provider that the relevant Project Network Parts are Compliant, the Service Provider shall issue to the Authority a Compliance Certificate pursuant to Method Statement 5 (Commissioning) together with a Snagging List.
