15.2  Compulsory Purchase Land

Where land forming part of the Project Network has been acquired by compulsory purchase for a specified purpose, such land shall not be used by the Service Provider other than for activities which are necessary for the achievement of such specified purpose and the right of access granted by the Authority in respect of such land shall be limited accordingly.
