16.1  Service Provider to Secure Access

Where, in connection with the Service the Service Provider needs to enter land off the highway which is outside the control of the Authority, the Service Provider shall use all reasonable endeavours to secure access to such land for the Authority and the Service Provider for such period as may be required by either party to facilitate the due performance of this Contract.
