16.2  Notification

Where the Service Provider is unable to gain access as required by clause 16.1:

(a)  the Service Provider shall use all reasonable endeavours to identify an alternative access or an alternative location or an alternative solution as soon as reasonably practicable; and

(b)  if the Service Provider is unable to identify an alternative access or an alternative location or an alternative solution it shall notify the Authority, in writing, as soon as reasonably practicable of the Service Provider's inability to obtain the required access to such land and such notice shall include all relevant details of the land, the access required, the reason for the access, the duration for which such access is required together with documentary evidence of the reasonable endeavours taken by the Service Provider to obtain such access and/or identify an alternative access or location or solution.
