17.2  Licence to the Service Provider

With effect from:

(a)  the Contract Date in relation to Existing Apparatus; and

(b)  the date that title in the New Apparatus passes to the Authority pursuant to clause 17.1(b);

in each case until the earlier of the Termination Date and the Expiry Date, the Authority shall licence the New Apparatus to the Service Provider, on the terms of the Apparatus Licence set out in clause 17.3.
