19.1  Restriction on Use of Apparatus

The Service Provider shall not:

(a)  use the Apparatus for any purpose other than in respect of the performance of the Service Provider's obligations under this Contract; and

(b)  subject to clause 19.2, shall not sell, lease, transfer, grant rights over or otherwise dispose or part with possession of (or purport to do any of the foregoing) or any interest in any item of Apparatus without obtaining the prior written consent of the Authority.
